One Day One Struggle (ODOS)
Ever year on 9 November, the Coalition for Sexual and Bodily Rights in Muslim Societies (CSBR) organises the international One Day, One Struggle (ODOS) campaign.
ODOS brings people together the world over to celebrate sexual rights in their diversity, and paints a vivid picture of the creative, exciting, and ongoing local actions that CSBR members and allies are working on at any given time.
If you’re interested in participating in this year’s ODOS campaign, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to working with you!
Action Alerts and Advocacy
CSBR originates and supports international action alerts and advocacy campaigns to promote sexual rights as human rights.
Participating in actions alerts, we work to support those whose rights are either under threat or have already been violated. Working collectively, we raise visibility and awareness by writing and calling relevant stakeholders (e.g. government ministries, UN mechanisms, informal community leaders, private sector, media, etc.), and circulating petitions and statements.
Participating national, regional and international advocacy campaigns, we work collectively to raise the voices of civil society in promoting sexual rights as human rights in policy-making spheres, particularly in the realms of human rights and development agendas.
If there is an action alert or advocacy campaign you want us to know about, please write to us at email@example.com.
